The courtesy of his phoning to advise that he was on his way was much appreciated.
Immediately on his arrival he started work and worked right through the day (with only a brief break at our suggestion for a cup of tea). He had to go to pick up spares and was delayed due to heavy traffic, but again phoned us to advise us of the delay, again much appreciated.
We found Mr Hughes standards to be very high. All day he was communicative in keeping us in the picture, perhaps you would like to advise him of our feelings.

"Dear Apex - well it is the drink of summer and here is a toast to you.

Last night I had the task of finding a joiner to go to my Aunt - Mrs Ivy Ward. Today my mother (Mrs Samuels) contacted you and you arranged to call on Mrs Ward this afternoon to look at and then repair/replace her Roof. This wasn't easy as she was still at the hospital, however, you phoned my mother 3 times who by now was at my house feeling quite exhausted by all the phoning and arranging we have had to do this afternoon. Your telephone staff have been fantastic today.

You were brilliant and for that I thank you very much. We are in North Wales, so obviously we want someone extremely trustworthy to attend my Aunt and carry out necessary repairs. This we thank you for as you have made life today so much better. My Aunt at times isn't quite as capable as once was. Sadly this is because 2 years ago some extremely shady characters talked there way in under the pretence of a problem with the water in the street etc.... need I say more, and sadly she hasn't really been the same since.

A big thank you from all of us here in North Wales. We shall be keeping your number and then if we need something in the future we can call upon you once more.

I am just writing to commend William Hughes who carried out the bulk of the work to be done here. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and curteous and I felt at ease having him carry out the work. He did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the result. I also found Paul, Wayne and Kevin also very pleasant and helpful. I was dreading having to call out roofers but I found all of them so helpful I would recommend them to anyone who needed a good roofer.
