Not only do we undertake all aspects of roofing work but we also carry out guttering work which includes repairing gutters, replacing fascias, soffits and installing new guttering systems. These services are carried out by Apex's highly skilled and experienced roofing specialists and we only use the highest quality materials to ensure durability.

At Apex we are able to repair, renew or install guttering for domestic and commercial buildings to ensure the rain water is directed off the roof and into the drains. Over time, gutter joints can start leaking and end up damaging the roof structure. Our workers will be able

to assess the damage and repair the seams and joints to stop any leaks and make sure there are now blockages stopping the flow of water.

When installing a new guttering system, we only use modern UPVC guttering which is a perfect fit on to the building. Plastic guttering has a greater advantage over other materials as it has durability and flexibility over other materials, therefore leakage is rare, no unsightly brackets on the outside and can hold much more rain water & is available in a wide choice of colours.

Fascias, Soffits & Bargeboards Soffits & Fascias Fascias are used to support the guttering and are also needed to properly ventilate the roof cavity, preventing structure damage and preventing access to the roof by birds and other animals. If fascias are damaged or corroded then the guttering won't be supported properly and it could be disastrous. We will replace any damaged fascias with high grade

UPVC ones which do not require painting and will make your property look nicer.
Soffits complete the roofing and cover the gap between the roof over hang & walls. Ventilation holes are provided with soffits to stop condensation forming which would damage the roof timbers. As with fascias, these are manufactured from UPVC for low maintenance and will look great on any property.Bargeboards form the overhanging parts which help protect the brickwork from rain and other bad weather. These need to be long lasting which is why we will replace any wooden boards with durable upvc bargeboards to keep them looking good and keeping the maintenance low.
